Marco Simeon
President
Marco has always breathed the air of doing business, living in the family workshop since he was a boy. From that time, he worked alongside first his grandfather, then his father Franco, focusing on the expansion and internationalisation of the company, forging relationships with external companies and chairing various associations and territorial business committees.
Today he is president of the Simeon group and actively collaborates with every area involved in the company’s value chain.
Laura Simeon
Chief Financial Officer
After the completion of her studies, Laura joined Simeon to bring her contribution to the management of the family business. Right from the start, her interest in financial and contractual aspects proved decisive in the management of contracts, becoming a strong point in the company’s value chain. Today she is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the group.

He works alongside architects and investors from the very beginning of the project, collaborating with the engineering team during the execution phases.
Massimo Colombari

With a degree in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Technical Physics, Massimo started his career in 2000, in a leading multinational company in the skyscraper construction sector, dealing with Research and Engineering for large architectural projects. Since 2007, he has held the position of Technical Director in a major international company in the façade and carpentry sector. Massimiliano Vivian
Project Management Officer
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Massimiliano worked from 1999 to 2006 for one of the major players in the architectural envelope sector, moving in a short time from a technical role to a managerial one, up to the management of increasingly complex job orders. Over the years he has reinforced his experience in the industry by working for other groups in European and non-European markets, as Director of large Projects, ranging from the curtain wall field to Interiors and Contracts. In 2017 he became Area Manager for a large international group, also contributing to the opening of new branches and new markets. Massimiliano arrives in Simeon in October 2020 with the title of Project Manager Officer.
Nicolas Mariani
Simeon France Director
With a degree in economics and management engineering, Nicolas started his working life in a purchasing department for the creation and development of one of Europe’s leading contractors in several countries. He then became business development director for one of France’s leading engineering companies. In 2015, a major company in the curtain wall and glazed architectural envelope sector chose him as sales director. A meeting with Marco Simeon captures his entrepreneurial mind. In 2022, he joins the Simeon group to contribute to the growth of Simeon France.
Giorgio Gazzotti
Purchasing Director
Having always been in the world of purchasing, Giorgio immediately started his career in the building construction industry. Then, after a training interlude as raw materials purchasing manager for an Italian multinational active in the household appliances segment, he returned to the architectural world in 2005, joining Lorenzon. From 2010 to the present day, he has been Simeon’s purchasing manager, collaborating with the sales team during the bid phase and with the technical team during the entire duration of the project.

In 1999 he met Marco Simeon, with whom he started a path of collaboration and growth that continues still today, after 23 years.
