New project in Paris: D5

New exciting project for the #SimeonFrance team.
Located on the site of the former #Renault factories, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Eiffage Immobilier will develop the #D5 – Lot1,
a mixed-use neighbourhood that will house the future headquarters of the Renault Group.

The 60m high-rise building designed by Chartier Dalix Architectes is organized in several layers, accommodating large showrooms, lower floors with wrap-around balconies and an intermediary terrace level, with its #glazed façade set back to give the building a narrow ‘waist‘.
In the upper part, the building relates to the sky with outdoor spaces protected from the wind by a ventilated double skin #façade. The views of the great surrounding landscape of the #Seine hillsides provide a natural background to the fully glazed office floors.
“This emblematic project, located on the last plot of land in the Trapèze urban development zone in Boulogne-Billancourt, between the Seine and Billancourt Park, is a true demonstration of our know-how in building the city of #tomorrow, integrating several architectural agencies and meeting high standards of environmental and #energy performance”.
