The project, signed by Leclercq Associés and Nicolas Laisne, will be located in Nanterre La Défense and will be one of the largest investments in the European real estate market for architecture with a very low environmental impact.
WO2, the delegate responsible for the project, wanted to create a new link between nature and the workplace, moving from words to action in the ecological transition by controlling carbon emissions throughout the project value chain.
A campus of buildings all made almost entirely of wood, with low energy impact, with 14 thousand square metres of terraces usable for work, surrounded by a park of 25 hectares on the banks of the Seine.
