Bank Credit Agricole Atlantic Vendee

This building is part of the real estate renovation plan of the Caisse Régionale du Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée, which, among other interventions, has decided to rebuild its headquarters located in Nantes. Simeon realised the envelope with ventilated unitized façades with internal motorised air curtains for the entire external perimeter of the building, including external walkways for each floor.
In addition to the cladding, we realised the steel-framed verièrre covering the entire central hall of the building, and the iconic three-dimensional double skin of the façade at the entrance.
The uniqueness of this building is the unusual double skin on the outside.
On the inside, we have realised various architectural components such as EI90 fire-resistant glazed facades, punctual fixed interior glazed facades (VEA), and burglar-resistant mullion and transom facades.
