At 135 meters tall, this tower — the headquarters of the company Maroc Telecom —- has become the new symbol of Rabat. A building that responds to the capital’s need to maintain its own visual identity without turning its back on modernity.
The building is made up of two shifted prisms that are characterized by a strong relationship between exterior and interior. Intended for use as the company’s reception space, it also contains an auditorium and a telecommunications museum.
A highly functional double-skin facade: internal ribbon windows as a barrier to keep out water and air, and an all-glass exterior with stainless steel support fins.
The facade includes an integrated LED system that allows dynamic images to be projected.
The base features laser-cut stainless steel cladding that evokes traditional Arab architecture.
