Médiathèque Colombes

The site chosen for the construction of the new cultural centre, with its recreational facilities and media library, is part of a larger-scale urban renewal project aimed at the redevelopment of the Fossés Jean/Bouviers district of the city of Colombes.

The volume, which seems to be floating, wraps like a ‘ribbon’ around courtyards or opens generously onto the surroundings with large frames that set the stage for special rooms such as the plastic art halls or the media library.
