It is the first commercial park in the Lyon region. It hosts 120 luxury brands, 8 restaurants and represents a huge potential as it is placed along the highway of winter sports (A43).
The design is contemporary, essential and of great impact. The heart of the project consists of a village of completely glazed white houses. Great attention to detail given the minimal and linear architectural style.

Geometric and minimal envelopes

The façades consist of full-height insulating glazing, fixed only in the horizons with a white degrading pattern from top to bottom. There are no mullions. The roofs are covered with white enamelled glass. These glass sheets are structurally glued to aluminium frames. All the joints are perfectly linear, the surfaces are coplanar with the utmost respect for the architectural idea.
