To Franco Simeon, who started the company and taught us to pursue our vision.
From the early 1900s until today
1930-1968
Our story began in the 1930s, when Alfonso Simeon started the production of metal carpentry in his workshop, for the first, small industrial buildings in the area.
Since then, the values that still distinguish our work today have been handed down over time.

1969-1998
In 1969 Franco Simeon officially founded Simeon Franco in the footsteps of his father Alfonso. Over time it became a reference company for the local market in the production of industrial prefabricated iron.
From this moment, the history of the company began a path of growth that reaches the present day.

1999-2009
Under the guidance of Marco and Laura Simeon, the company undertook a process of transversal transformation, taking care of the industrial works in their entirety: under the control of the new Simeon, SIMCO, SIMSTEEL, SIMEDIL, SIMPROJECT and SIGEST were therefore founded, for an ever greater technical and managerial specialisation.
2010-2021
The growth continued and in 2010, Lorenzon s.r.l., an Italian company specialising in the production of glass façades, was acquired.
From that moment, thanks to R&D investments and human resources with great experience, Simeon became one of the leading companies in the market of glass façades and metal structures for great architectural works.

2022-2025+
Our present is about tomorrow's goals. The drivers on which our work is focused are: the development of the U.S. and Monegasque markets, the target of iconic projects, the great boost in R&D in the field of innovative materials, and the study of new approaches to environmental sustainability in the construction world.
