The new Biology research and education complex for the Université Paris-Saclay

Designed by Bernard Tschumi Architects and Groupe-6, the new Biology-Pharmacy-Chemistry research and education complex for the Université Paris-Saclay is one of the largest educational projects in #France.

Our team was responsible for the design, production and installation of structurally glazed stick curtain wall and mullion and transom systems.
The most ambitious challenge was the development of the bridge building #façades: 14 meters high, they hang from a #carpentry beam where the complexity was to predict and assess the elastic deformations of the load-bearing #structures.
