METAL 57 just won a MIPIMWorld #Award 

🏆 How exciting! A project we worked on, METAL 57, just won a MIPIMWorld #Award in the “Best Refurbished Building” category. 
 
💡 Metal 57 represents an iconic reconversion for a new generation of sustainable offices, with 3,340 facade units made by #Simeon. 
Providing a place to work, live and eat, and a destination accessible to the whole city, a large portion of the original architecture of this former Renault workshop by Claude Vasconi was preserved by Dominique Perrault Architecture, while transforming it into a service building.
