29 Febbraio 2024
What a landmark!
Located in the municipality of San Donato Milanese and designed by Nemesi Architects and Morphosis, the U.S. architecture firm led by Pritzker Prize winner Thom Mayne, the new corporate #headquarters of Eni, Italy’s #energy giant, are now ready to accommodate new workforce and ideas for the future.
The complex consists of three interconnected buildings for 4,600 employees on 65,000 square meters of gross leasable land.
Bespoke Structural-Glazing-System has been designed to meet ownership and architect requirements. Simeon was among the few companies involved in the manufacturing of this façade.
The project applies standards of energy #efficiency and environmental #sustainability to meet Gold Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (#LEED), one of the most popular green building certification programs in the world.
